"Photograph is to confer importance" (Susan Sontag). This is what I would like to reflect with my work, give importance to people that I meet on the street and I love them.
I am photographer, video artist, illustrator, graphic designer and Dj. After a long period living in different European cities such as Lisbon, London and Berlin, where I studied Visual Arts, I worked as a coolhunter photographer in magazines and exhibited in various Art galleries; then I returned to Madrid to continue with my project "Unique People".
Unique People is a street style blog with pictures and videos of funny people, with style and their own attitude.
I am looking for forward people in the streets, who create their own fashion, using the clothes and accessories to express themselves. Sometimes, unconsciously, they are creators of new trends.
I´d like to travel to U.S.A to further my project in a innovative, advanced and fashion country where I will be able to explore a great showcase of styles, and enrich my life.
My experience as coolhunter and my particular vision of fashion would allow me to develop this work with enthusiasm and excitement. For me it´d be a dream come true and I´d give me the opportunity to continue improving in my work as a photographer.
"Fotografiar es conferir importancia" (Susan Sontag). Esto es lo que me gustaría reflejar con mi trabajo, dar importancia a gente que me encuentro por la calle y me fascina.
Soy fotógrafa, vídeo artista, ilustradora, diseñadora gráfica y DJ. Tras un largo periodo en distintas ciudades europeas como Lisboa, Londres y Berlín, donde estudié Artes Visuales, trabajé como fotógrafa coolhunter en varias revistas y expuse en diferentes galerías de Arte, volví a Madrid para continuar con mi proyecto "Unique People".
Unique People es un blog de Street Style con fotografías y vídeos de gente divertida, con estilo y actitud propia.
Busco en las calles personas arriesgadas, que inventan su propia moda, que utilizan la ropa y los complementos para expresarse. A veces, de manera inconsciente, ellos mismos son creadores de las nuevas tendencias.
Me gustaría viajar a EEUU, para seguir desarrollando mi proyecto en un país tan innovador, avanzado y fashion que me puede proporcionar no sólo un gran muestrario de estilos sino también una rica experiencia vital.
Mi experiencia como coolhunter y mi particular visión de la moda me permitirían desarrollar este trabajo con entusiasmo e ilusión. Para mí sería hacer realidad un sueño y me daría la oportunidad de seguir evolucionando en mi trabajo como fotógrafa.
